This project involved the design of an end-to-end enterprise solution for managing commercial real estate portfolios and client operations. The goal was to streamline a highly fragmented internal process, where teams relied on a combination of spreadsheets, CRMs, and manual coordination, into a single, structured digital environment.
I led the design effort as Lead UX/UI & Product Designer, responsible for the full product architecture, experience design, and interface specification. The system connected all stages of the commercial leasing cycle — from property search and analysis to offer generation, document handling, and marketing — into one cohesive workflow.
Before implementation, brokers and leasing teams were using disjointed tools with limited visibility into each other’s work. Information was duplicated, difficult to update, and inconsistently formatted across documents and departments. This slowed down decision-making and created operational inefficiencies.
